Allison Williams

Allison Howell Williams (born April 13 in 1988) is an American producer and actor. Williams has been described as an "horror queen" by the media due to her film-making work in the horror genre. The first time she was recognized for her work was the role of Marnie Michaels in the HBO comedy-drama show Girls (2012-2017) in which she resulted in a Critics' Choice Award nomination. In 2017, she was in the running to win both MTV Movie Awards as well as the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The role she played in Get Out, starring Rose Armitage gave her a break. Her next film was in the horror films The Perfection (2018) and M3GAN (2022), the latter of which she executive produced. Williams was born and raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, her parents were former NBC Nightly News anchor and managing editor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. Williams also has an older brother. Williams was a student at New Canaan Country School, as well as Greenwich Academy. She went to Yale University, majoring in English. Additionally, she was one of both the St. Elmo and Morse College secret societies. Williams was one of the Ralph Lauren outlet employee in New Canaan. She was also in the four-year membership of the Just Add Water Improv group. She was also a guest on the YouTube show College Musical. Sam Tsui was featured in the production that Kurt Hugo Schneider directed. Both graduated from Yale. She graduated with a diploma in English in the year 2010. Allison Allison Allison
