Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the United States is an actress. She is known for her role in soap operas such as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and also as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She played Daphne on a daily basis on the HBO drama True Blood's second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her professional career as teacher at Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. She got married Brent Jones, her UT Martin love and moved into Thompsons Station in 1998. In Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th grade. In 1999-2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000, when the couple welcomed their baby son Baylor. Ashley has dedicated the past fifteen years in promoting the development of children within her local church and in the community. Ashley has been a teacher and leader at Thompson Station Church's Preschool as well as Students Ministry for 13 years. Ashley's children were homeschooled for the 3 years they were at the home. While they were homeschooling children attended a home school class in which Ashley also taught History to Kindergarten and 1st Grade. She loved homeschooling and spending time with her children, God has clearly shown their family that it was time to re-enter school full time. Brent and Ashley have 5 children. Silas Eliza, and Cruz go to GCA. Baylor is a GCA grad and plays baseball alongside UT Martin. Callan, a GCA graduand also attends Western Kentucky University. The family is very active. family who enjoys fishing, sports and hunting with their family.
